A. Fire safety audit:
The Fire Safety Audit is a comprehensive and detailed audit in which your building or organization will be examined where fire safety is concerned. This audit will always be tailored to the organization needs and wishes and the nature of the building. This assessment is carried out our personnel registered by the Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH).
B. Risk assessment:
The first step to emergency preparedness is defining and analyzing hazards. Although all hazards should be addressed, resource limitations usually do not allow this to happen all at once. Risk assessments are used to establish priorities so that the most dangerous situations are addressed first and those least likely to occur and least likely to cause major problems can be considered later. This assessment is carried out by our personnel registered by the Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH).
C. Statutory health and safety audit:
The directorate of occupational safety and health services (DOSHS) expanded accountability for OSH to everyone within a workplace; as such, all levels of management must be aware of their responsibilities, and can be held accountable for neglecting them. These changes find voice in Sections 125 (specific duties) and 135 (workplace health and safety committees). This OSH Auditing is carried out by our personnel registered by the Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH).
D. NEMA environmental audit:
The main aim of the assessment is to come up with data that can be used to mitigate the Environmental impacts from the operations of your workplaces and to fulfill the legal requirement under the Environmental Management and Coordination Act, 1999 and Environmental Impact and Audit Regulation 2003.
E. Noise survey:
This is carried out to ensure that the company conforms to the noise regulations as defined by NEMA under the Environmental Management and Coordination Act, 1999 and Environmental Impact and Audit Regulation 2003.
